DBT Consultation Training Group

Consultation training groups will help clinicians increase their knowledge and effective implementation of Dialectical Behavior Therapy. These groups are great for both clinicians new to DBT and more seasoned providers. The groups will consist of both a didactic component and specific case consultations with the goal of helping clinicians developed an increased understanding and effective implementation of core DBT principles, skills, and interventions. Groups will meet online for 90 minutes twice per month. There is a minimum 12-month commitment. New group members are required to complete a 60-minute individual consultation before joining the group.

Consultation Group Options:

  • 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 12:30pm to 2pm
  • 2nd and 4th Thursdays from 10am to 11:30am
  • 2nd and 4th Thursdays from 4pm to 5:30pm

 

Individual DBT Consultation

Individual consultation assists clinicians with implementing DBT skills, interventions, protocols, and strategies into clinical practice. Individual services provide more individualized and directed guidance and feedback for clinicians based on the specific questions and goals identified by the clinician. Meetings are scheduled as needed based on established development goals.

 

Agency and Organization DBT Consultation and Continuing Education Workshops

Agencies and larger organization can receive DBT consultation to assist with implementing and improving adherent DBT services. A formal assessment process occurs to determine organizational and individual clinicians' skills, strengths, and growth points. A collaborative process occurs to develop and implementation a growth plan, and multiple follow-up visits occur after initial assessment and plan development to assist with more thorough implementation to address problem identification, problem analysis, and problem solving.
